●Product Introduction

As a popular Lubricant Additive Component, Medium Base Calcium Salicylate is produced by using alkyl phenol and calcium hydroxide as raw materials, the nanometer Calcium Alkyl Salicylate with alkali value of about 160 mgKOH/g was prepared by optimizing the reaction conditions of neutralization, carboxylation and high alkalinity under the introduction of specific accelerant, certain temperature and pressure. Compared with the traditional production process, this process can obviously reduce the production process and reduce the production cost without using strong acid and strong alkali. At the same time, the performance of the product meets the requirements of modulating high-grade oil products.

It can be prepared with Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP , Antiwear EP Additive , Ashless Dispersant , High Temperature Antioxidant, TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, Pour Point Depressant , ect., to blend different types of Additive Package , including 4T Motorcycle Oil Additive Package, Package, Hydraulic Oil Additive Package, Gear Oil Additive Package , PCMO Gasoline Engine Oil Additive Package, HDEO Diesel Engine Oil Additive Package, ect.

Avoid contact with strong oxidant, The shelf life of product is 2 years. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of contact, wash immediately with potable water and detergent.
