●Product Introduction

Medium Overbased Calcium Alkyl Salicylate T109B is produced by the method of: Alkyl phenols prepared by the reaction of wax cracking with phenol were neutralized by alkali and dehydrated under pressure, then acidified, calcified and highly alkaline. It has the appearance of brown clear liquid and good oil solubilty, and good compability with other Lubricant Additive Component.

It can be formulated with High Temperature Antioxidant, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, Antiwear EP Additive, Ashless Dispersant, ect. to produce medium and high grade internal combustion engine oil by PCMO Gasoline Engine Oil Additive Package, HDEO Diesel Engine Oil Additive Package, ect.

●Package, Storage and Transportation
The product is packed with iron drums of 200kgs, or other packing methods consulting with clients. Suitable for container transport and truck transport. The temperature of storage shall not exceed 45℃. This product is not flammable, explosive, non-corrosive, in the safety, environmental protection, use and other aspects of the general petroleum products, without special protection. Avoid contact with strong oxidant, The shelf life of product is 2 years. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of contact, wash immediately with potable water and detergent.
