Product Introduction

As one type of Lubricant Additive Component, T205 has good compatibility with TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Ashless Dispersant, High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, Pour Point Depressant, ect., to blend different Additive Package.

It is a kind of ZDDP as Zinc Mixed Primary Secondary Alkyl Dithiophosphate. When prepared in lubricant, it can be functioned as antioxidant, prevent bearing corrosion, as well as lower wear. It is used for blending with high quality additives to make a variety of products for industrial and engine oil applications. The treat rate would normally be expected to be in the region of 0.1% to 2.0%. This product is used extensively in engine oil formulation to prevent wear of piston rings, cylinder liners, cam and tappets as well as deploying its antioxidant performance. It has good anti-oxidation and extreme pressure performance, fine hydrolytic and thermal stability.
