●Product Introduction

Lube Additive T203 has the main composition of Zinc Dioctyl Primary Alkyl Dithiophosphate. It is produced by the raw material of P2S5, ZnO and thiophosphate made from octanol. The oil oxidation can be controlled by adding ZDDP T203, which shows good performance of anti-oxidation, antiwear and corrosion resistance. It can be blended with sulfonate detergentand dispersant to be used in high performance gasoline & diesel engine oil, or formulated with other additives to apply in antiwear hydraulic oil. The recommended treat rate is 0.5%-3.0%. This product has good thermal stability and hydrolysis stability and features outstanding oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-wear and extreme pressure properties, particular high thermal stability, and favorable oil solubility, additive compatibility, and resistance to emulsification.

It is a widely used Lubricant Additive Component, it has good compatibility with Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, Pour Point Depressant, TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Ashless Dispersant, High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, ect., to produce different Additive Package.

●Package, Storage and Transportation

The product is packed with iron barrels, with a net weight of 200Kg/barrel, suitable for all means of transport. For storage and transportation temperature, it shall not surpass 45℃. The product is offered with a guarantee period of two years. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.
