●Product Description
The product is produced with nano rare earth boride multifunctional component, sulfur olefin extreme pressure additive with the usual treat rate, phosphorus nitrogen Antiwear Additive , nano ceramic Friction Modifier , phenolamine antioxidant, Metal Deactivator and emission reduction Gear Oil composite agent.
Compared with the traditional sulfur phosphorus additive, it has greater load capacity, smaller spot wear spot diameter, lower friction resistance, higher transmission efficiency, better thermal oxidation stability, longer pitting life and durability of sealing materials, and more significant oil-saving and energy-saving effect.
It is blended with Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive and other Lubricant Additive Component to make this kind of Gear Oil Additive Package.
●Application Scope
It is suitable to use API group I and II Base Oil to prepare multi stage vehicle gear oil with various loads viscosities: no additional anti-emulsifier is required for adjusting industrial gear oil.
Recommended treat rate: GL-4: 2.1wt%; GL-5: 4.2wt%; CKC: 1.0wt%; CKD: 1.5wt%

Cautions for storage, transportation and use
Packing, marking, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance shall be carried out according to SH/T0164. 200L iron drum package. Storage should be in dry, ventilated warehouse below 45℃, blending temperature should not exceed 75℃. This product is non-flammable, non-corrosive. Preventive measures of general concentrated chemicals should be implemented in the process of feeding and using to avoid contact with skin. Once in contact, rinse with soap water.
