●Product Introduction
T323 is a kind of multipurpose ashless antiwear and Ep Additive. It not only boasts outstanding anti-oxidation performance, but also has great abrasion resistance and extreme pressure properties. Meanwhile, it has excellent compatibility with other additives such as TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, Ashless Dispersant, High Temperature Antioxidant, . This product can be used in steam turbine oil, hydraulic oil, Gear Oil, internal combustion engine oil and other variety of oils to improve their anti-oxidation and abrasion resistance. It`s also an effective extreme-pressure additive for grease.
Extreme pressure anti-wear agent is an important grease additive, most of which are compounds containing sulphur, phosphorus, chlorine, lead and molybdenum. In general, chlorine and sulphur can improve the load resistance of grease and prevent metal surface from sintering, biting and scratching under high load conditions, while phosphorus and organic metal salts have high wear resistance, which can prevent or reduce the wear of metal surface under medium load conditions. In practical application, it is usually better to mix different kinds of extreme pressure antiwear agents in a certain proportion. The additives contain chlorine, phosphorus or sulfur compounds at the same time, so that they have extreme pressure and wear resistance.
