●Description:
BT77501A is compounded by high quality antioxidant, cooling accelerant, brightening agent, anti-rust agent, Corrosion Inhibitor, etc, Quenching oils compounded by it have qualified temperature characteristics,time characteristics,long-term performance and just little deposition,It has excellent quenching ability to increase the cooling speed significantly,It also has the ability to keep the metal surface brightening.
Quenching oil has the following characteristics: ① higher flash point to reduce the risk of fire; ② lower viscosity to reduce the loss caused by oil adhesion on the workpiece; ③ not easy to oxidize, stable performance to slow down aging and extend service life.
It is blended with selected Lubricant Additive Component, such as TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, etc.

The maximum temperature should not exceed 75℃,for long-term storage,the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃,
The product is not flammble,explosive,and corrosive,its safety cause,enviorment protection and usage may refer to the general procedures for the common petroleum products.
