The invention relates to a synthesis method of thiene compounds, in particular to a method for green synthesis of isobutene sulfide from hydrogen sulfide, simple sulfur and isobutene.
Technical Background
Sulfurized Isobutylene (Polysulfide) is a kind of extreme pressure Antiwear Additive for lubricating oil. Because of its high sulfur content, good extreme pressure antiwear and oil solubility, low copper corrosion, low toxicity, light color and low dosage, it is especially suitable to adjust the sulfur index of extreme pressure agent in production, and can produce Sulfurized Isobutylene (Polysulfide) products with different sulfur content and different activity to meet the specific requirements of various lubricating oil, grease and metal processing. It plays an important role in sulfur-containing extreme pressure agents.
In the present technology, the synthesis methods of isobutene sulfide mainly include high pressure method and low pressure method.
Isobutene and sulfur monochloride were used as main raw materials in low pressure method, including addition and vulcanization dechlorination. The synthesis path is as follows: because sulfur monochloride is used as curing agent in this two-step synthesis process, a large number of strong corrosive gases such as HCl,H2S are released in the reaction, which seriously pollutes the equipment and the environment. Coupled with waste water, waste residue (including sodium chloride and sulfides), the treatment of the three wastes is difficult, the production process is complex, and has been on the verge of being eliminated.
Isobutene sulfide was synthesized from hydrogen sulfide, sulfur and isobutene by high pressure method under the action of alkaline catalyst. The method specifically includes adding industrial sulfur and n-octene to a autoclave, adding isobutene after gas removal with nitrogen, Then stir and heat.
The reaction mode of high pressure reactor mentioned above is a kind of gap reaction mode, which has the following problems: a) Low reaction efficiency b) Pungent smell in reaction process.
In order to improve production efficiency, one method is to use tubular reactor. However, it is found that when the tubular reactor is used, there is a problem of pipe blockage after a period of operation. For example, a synthesis process of isobutene sulfide by gas phase method is disclosed in CN102516223B, in which sulfur and catalyst are stirred and mixed at 450 ℃ and 3~10MPa, and the gas phase mixture is introduced into the reactor to react at 450 ℃ and 2~9MPa. One of the problems that may be caused by this process is that sulfur melting is not good, it is easy to clog, after blockage will lead to the reaction can not be carried out, need to stop the reaction and overhaul, second, it is easy to overtemperature lead to sulfur denaturation, by-products increase.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a tubular reactor to produce isobutene sulfide by high pressure method, which does not have the problem of pipe blockage and does not have the problem of pungent smell in the preparation process.
