1. Semi-synthetic cutting fluid has relatively poor lubrication performance and poor processing results. In terms of environmental hygiene issues, semi-synthetic cutting fluid is not as good as fully synthetic cutting fluid. Both have relatively good performance and can achieve no pollution to the environment.
3. Semi-synthetic cutting fluid is not prone to foaming, but it is more difficult to deal with foaming once it occurs, while fully synthetic cutting fluid is more likely to foam, and foaming is easier to deal with. In the event of lubricant leakage, fully synthetic cutting fluids are relatively easy to clean, while semi-synthetic cutting fluids will reduce efficiency and emulsification performance.
4. The lubricity of semi-synthetic is better than that of fully synthetic, while the adaptability of fully synthetic cutting fluid to water quality is stronger than that of semi-synthetic cutting fluid. In fact, if it is a good semi-synthetic or good fully synthetic cutting fluid, the difference in these aspects is not big.
