●Product Introduction
Ethylene Propylene Copolymer Ocp Polymer T2300 is an internationally popular ethylene propylene copolymer. It has good shear stability index SSI 23 that combined with low temperature properties, thickening ability and economical efficiency. It is especially suitable for blending combustion engine oil with high economic requirements. It is a kind of solid with narrow molecular weight distribution copolymer.
As a OCP Polymer Ethylene Propylene Copolymer to make Viscosity Index Improver, it is a widely used Lubricant Additive Component, it can be blended with TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, Ashless Dispersant , High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, ect., to make different types of Additive Package .
●Features
1. Good shear stability: SST 23, it's same as the OCP that widely used in international internal combustion engine oils.
2. Good low temperature performance and oil cost.
3. Good low temperature pumpability and pour point.
4. Good gel index, low temperature storage and use safety (oil does not crystallize, layer, turbid). It can be well blended with all kinds of base oils and various additives.
5. Higher HTHS.
6. Compared with other OCP, same thickening ability with lower viscosity, it is more convenient for pumping and transferring.
7. Especially suitable for internal combustion engine oil with higher economic requirements.

SAE 15W-40, 20W50: 0.75-0.90wt%;
SAE 10W-40: 1.0—1.37wt%

Note: It is recommended to mechanical stirring for 4-7 hours at 135°C and 80-100rpm until fully dissolve.
●Package and Storage
The product is packed in 24 paper boxes. Each weights 25 KGS. Every 24 paper boxes are packed in a wooden box. The net weight of each wooden box is 600 KGS.
The product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive. Its safety cause, environmental protection and usage may refer to the general procedures for the common petroleum products. The dry, clean and ventilating ware house is recommended.
