Dibutyl fumarate Pour Point Depressant is a new type of lubricating oil pour point depressant, and it is a high-grade green environmental protection petroleum additive. The product has light color, good pour point depressant effect and oil solubility.The Dibutyl Fumarate Lube Additive Pour Point Depressant PPD T806A copolymer can be widely used as lubricating oil and its additives (pour point depressant, viscosity index anti-drop agent), coating agent, coating, binder, fiber treating agent, and the like. In addition, dibutyl fumarate (DBF) can also be used in place of part of styrene as a bridging agent for unsaturated polyesters. Sometimes the dibutyl fumarate (DBF) can also be used as a diluent for the pigment.
As Pour Point Depressant of Lubricant Additive Component, it is well compatible with High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, Ashless Dispersant, TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, ect., to blend different kinds of lubricant with different Additive Package .
The recommended dosage for T806A is 0.3%-0.8%wt, depending on the application.
