Storage, Transportation and Use

Packing, marking, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance shall be carried out according to SH/T0164. 200L galvanized iron drum packaging. Storage should be in dry, ventilated warehouse below 45 ℃, blending temperature should not exceed 75℃. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. Preventive measures of general concentrated chemicals should be implemented in the process of feeding and using to avoid contact with skin. Once in contact, rinse with soapy water.

Product Introduction

T6036 Air Compressor Oil Additive Package is mainly composed of a variety of High Temperature Antioxidant, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, Antiwear EP Additive, Friction Modifier and other Lubricant Additive Component. It has excellent antiwear, high temperature antioxidant, antirust and good emulsifying properties.

Application:

It can adjust N32, N46, N68 and other viscous compressor oils. The quality of oil meets the requirement of GB5940-86 standard.

Recommended dosage:

L-DAA: 0.6%;

L-DAB: 0.8%;

Rotary screw compressor oil: 1.5%;

T6036 of 1.5% in Class III 250N Base Oil, Rotary oxygen bomb more than 1400 minutes.
