1. Inappropriate selection of anti-rust oil:
The selection of anti-rust oil should be selected according to different anti-rust requirements and on-site conditions. If the factory always chooses only one kind of anti-rust oil, this anti-rust oil is used for different workpieces in different situations. situation of use. For example, long-term anti-rust oil is required, but the anti-rust oil used in the process is selected, and it is very normal to have rust. Therefore, the anti-rust oil must be checked before it meets the quality requirements before it can be used.

2. Inappropriate use of anti-rust oil:
If the selection of anti-rust oil is appropriate, how should it be used correctly to avoid rust problems?
1) Before applying anti-rust oil, the workpiece should be thoroughly cleaned and dried. When the workpiece is carefully cleaned, oil stains and other contaminants are removed, and the inspection before oiling is carried out after drying, film gloves should be worn, and no direct hand or dirty gloves should be used for inspection.
2) Poor coating. If the anti-rust oil is used improperly, it will not work as it should. If the anti-rust oil is hot dip coating, it is very important to control the temperature, generally it should be controlled at 65 degrees Celsius to 95 degrees Celsius. For large workpieces, it should stay in the dip coating container for a period of time, otherwise the suddenly condensed coating is too thick and easy to slip off, and the entire workpiece should be immersed. If solvent-diluted anti-rust oil is used, it should stay for a period of time after dipping to allow the solvent to fully evaporate before packaging.
3) Poor packaging. The hard film anti-rust oil film layer has good toughness, and generally has little collision problem, so there is no need for outer packaging. But when it suffers a serious collision, it should be protected by wrapping paper such as wax paper. The oil film type antirust oil cannot withstand friction and pressure. Therefore, it should not be subjected to collision. When oiling, the oil should be drained and dried first, and then the packaging materials (various wrapping papers, plastic films, etc.) should be used. Packaging protection.

Generally, when we use anti-rust oil, there are many aspects that we need to pay attention to, in addition to paying attention to whether the quality of the anti-rust oil used has passed the test and whether the performance meets the requirements of anti-rust. Also pay attention to whether the method used is appropriate, and whether the preparatory work before smearing and the defensive work after smearing are in place.
