1) Grease for chassis system

It is mainly the car cable, flexible shaft, clutch booster, brake booster, universal joint and other parts of the car chassis. Chassis grease features: excellent water resistance, extreme pressure and wear resistance, long life, high and low temperature resistance; Some automobile chassis need pumping grease to meet the needs of centralized grease supply, therefore, the vehicle chassis grease should be used according to the working environment and temperature of the lubrication part, choose different applicable greases.

2) Grease for power system

3) Grease for electrical systems

2, different greases can not be mixed at will

Because of the different types, its composition and properties are also different, and it is likely to have adverse effects when mixed and affect normal lubrication. When changing to a different new grease, the parts must be cleaned and blow-dried by solvent oil before greasing, and then re-greased. Even the same kind of grease can not be mixed with old and new. Because the old grease contains a lot of organic acids and impurities, it will accelerate the oxidation of the new grease, so when changing the grease, it is necessary to clean the used grease before adding the new grease.

3. Strict attention should be paid to the cleaning of the filling container tools before receiving and filling

The mouth of the grease should be wiped clean first to prevent the mixing of mechanical impurities. When filling, pay attention to prevent dust, sand and so on from mixing.

4, the dosage should be appropriate

The lubrication of wheel bearings is the most important on the car, and the amount of grease is also the most. When the hub bearing grease is replaced, as long as the bearing ball (or roller) is filled with grease, and the hub cavity is "no-load lubrication", that is, the hub cavity only needs to be thinly coated with a layer of grease to prevent rust. This is easy to heat in order to reduce the working temperature of the grease, but also to save the amount of grease. Never fill the hub cavity with grease, which is wasteful and unscientific. Because in the case of frequent braking and too long braking time, it is likely to cause the wheel hub to overheat and make the grease flow to the surface of the brake friction plate, so that the brake failure affects the driving safety.
