Generally, stamping and drawing oil is prepared by adding oily agent, extreme pressure agent, rust inhibitor, antioxidant and other functional additives to the Base Oil. 1. Viscosity - Executive Standard: GB/T 265-1988
Viscosity is an important basis for choosing oil. The size of viscosity directly affects film thickness, fluidity, heat dissipation and pumpability. In addition, judging the degree of oil deterioration can often be known by viscosity measurement.

Viscosity Index - For applications over a wide temperature range, the viscosity index is still somewhat important. A larger viscosity index can make the oil resistance not too large at low temperature, and can still maintain a lubricating film of sufficient thickness at high temperature.

2. Anti-wear four-ball test - executive standard: GB/T 3142-82
PB value (maximum non-seize load)
The PB value is an index to measure the strength of the oil film of the stamping and drawing oil, and the highest load (kg force) that does not occur under the test conditions. Represents oil film strength. The wear scar measured under this load shall be a bright circular spot, and the diameter of the wear scar shall not exceed the standard diameter.

PD value (sintering load)
The PD value is an extreme pressure performance index to measure the stamping and drawing oil, and the minimum load (kg force) for the steel ball to sinter under the test conditions. Represents the extreme working capacity of the oil. The four steel balls should sinter together under this load. Professional stamping and stretching must have better extreme pressure, which is the specific embodiment of this indicator.
