Does stainless steel need to be coated with anti-rust oil?

Although the anti-rust ability of stainless steel itself is very strong, rust will still occur in some cases:
A. In harsh environments such as strong acid;
B. There are requirements for salt spray test;
C. After processing with inferior cutting fluid;
D. Some pure stainless steel material (such as 201 material).
