1. Classification of stamping drawing oil
The advantage of oil-based lubricants is that the viscosity can be adjusted, the application range is wide, and it can be used in almost all stamping processes. Appropriate additives can be added as needed to make it have good extreme pressure and rust resistance, and the price is relatively low. The disadvantage is that when high-viscosity oil is required, the degreasing and processability will be worse. The viscosity change caused by the temperature change leads to the change of the lubricating performance; during high-speed processing, the stability of the oil is deteriorated due to heat. Classified according to the degree of volatility: non-volatile hairstyle, quasi-volatile hairstyle, volatile hairstyle
