(1) Transshipment into the factory

After the waste mineral oil is transferred into the factory, the meter verifies the material information according to the on-board transfer list, records the source of the material, packaging method, material weight, vehicle information, etc., and prints it into documents. The hazardous waste information is uploaded to the intelligent environmental protection operation management platform to achieve all-round and dead-end supervision.

(2) Initial oil products

In order to preliminarily determine the proportion of waste mineral oil and water residue and ensure that the oil is in accordance with the contract, the technical specialist makes a preliminary judgment of the oil in the main way of "seeing" and "smelling".

Before the waste mineral oil is stored, in order to ensure that it meets the basic requirements and standards for storage, the quality inspector shall analyze and inspect it, and the inspection items generally include density, viscosity, moisture, flash point, chroma, acid value, etc. When the product is found to be inconsistent with the disposal standard requirements during the inspection process, the price will be re-negotiated or returned in accordance with the relevant provisions.

(4) Production and treatment

The waste mineral oil is first removed by the filter, the coarse mechanical impurities are removed, and then most of the moisture and fine mechanical impurities are removed by the centrifuge, so that the moisture content in the raw oil is reduced to less than 2%, and then it is raised to a certain temperature (about 105 degrees Celsius) by the preheater, and then it is entered into the drying and deodorizing tower. In the vacuum state in the tower (pressure of about 6000 pa) filling, further remove the water in the raw material and odor of low-boiling substances, which water and low-boiling substances through the distilled air away. The final remaining component is distilled short range to separate the Base Oil from the heavy impurity component.

After the above pretreatment, the waste mineral oil is processed by thin film distillation and two-stage short-range distillation system to form recycled base oil, light fuel oil and heavy fuel oil, realizing the transformation of harm into benefit and waste into treasure.
