1.Moderate viscosity and excellent viscosity-temperature function

The viscosity should not be too low, and a certain thick lubricating film should not be produced, but the viscosity should not be too large, so as to prevent the power tool from being easily started at a lower temperature, increasing the risk of damage.

2. Excellent extreme pressure function

For hyperbolic machinery, curved bevel gear and spiral gear, worm gear transmission gear, these are line, point contact, bear a considerable load and a high speed ratio, and not only sliding and rolling, the working condition is particularly harsh, so it must have excellent extreme pressure function.

3. Excellent antioxidant stability

In the process of strong load and high speed operation of machinery, the working environment temperature of gear grease is very high, and it is easy to be oxidized and deteriorated, so the mechanical gear grease needs to have excellent oxidation resistance and stability function at continuous high temperature.

4. It has good anti-corrosion function

What are the lubrication points of power tools?

1. Gear lubrication

How to choose the right lubrication grease?

1, consider the type and use of tools: different power tools, such as drills, grinders, chainsaws, etc., because of their different mode of operation and load, the demand for lubricating grease is also different. High-speed rotating tools require high-performance lubricants to reduce heat generation, while heavy-duty tools require thicker grease to provide greater lubrication protection.
