Preparation Method

No. 5 white mineral oil, rapeseed oil, Taikoo oil, sodium petroleum sulfonate with 65%~40% active substance, OP-10 and benzotriazole were added to the high shearing speed of 1800~2000r/min in turn Stir evenly in the emulsifier, then add water, and continue stirring for about 40 minutes, until the original solution turns from turbid to transparent. The stock solution is diluted by 1: (15~20) to obtain an anti-rust emulsified oil for drawing ultra-fine copper wire that can be used directly.
