For emulsified oil, because the system has all the conditions (temperature, water, nutrients) required for microbial reproduction, bacteria, molds and algae can easily multiply, even if relevant measures are taken, the growth of microorganisms cannot be completely avoided. reproductive problems. The reproduction of microorganisms will not only cause the emulsified oil to spoil and stink, but also because the viscous liquid secreted by the microorganisms will bond with the inorganic salts, impurities, corrosion products, oil stains, dead bacteria, etc. in the cutting fluid, forming a slimy deposit. The emulsified oil becomes thick and viscous. Once these components are deposited and adhere to the pipes and filters of the system, they will cause blockage of the pipes and nozzles. In order to prevent the spoilage and odor of the used liquid, the following measures should be taken: 1. Regularly maintain the equipment to minimize the mixing amount of rail oil and hydraulic oil;
2. Install the oil removal device;
3. Maintain the appropriate concentration recommended by the manufacturer
4. Blow air into the liquid during shutdown, but the frequency should be controlled for 30 minutes each time, about four times a day. Excessive air blowing will cause the proliferation of aerobic bacteria and have an adverse effect;
5. Put a lid on the liquid tank to avoid scattering, and try not to use liquid around the oil separator and chip removal device.
