The lubrication of the motor bearing is when the three -dimensional fiber mesh structure in the lubricating fat is pulled off under the action of cutting, the precipted lubricant is on the bearing rotation element, bearing seat, and bearing cover.
At the same time, the lubricating fat that is constantly thrown out of the rotating element plays a good cooling role in the inner cavity of the bearing, and also promotes the temperature of the bearing to gradually decrease. Finally, the temperature tends to a balanced value. The lubricating fat is not adhered to the metal surface to lubricate the lubrication in the motor bearing, but continuously circulates in the sealing bearing empty cavity like liquid. That is, it is constantly thrown out of the rotating element to the bearing empty cavity, and returns from the cavity to the rotating element. Repeated cutting and cooling are repeatedly cut to ensure that the bearings do not have abnormal temperature rise. Because of this, the lipids filled in the motor must maintain a certain space, and the amount of fat is generally controlled to 1/3 of the entire cavity. The left 2/3 space can ensure that the lubricating fat thrown on the rotation element is fully cooled and returned to the rotating element to achieve the purpose of controlling heating. However, the amount of fat should not be too small, otherwise the fats thrown from the rotation element cannot be returned to the rotating element, resulting in insufficient lubrication of the bearing.
