As we all know, the best way to lubricate the chain is to use lubricating oil for oil lubrication, so as to ensure that the chain shaft pin and sleeve can form a stable oil film, and ensure that the chain will not become longer due to long-term operation, which will affect production. It is difficult to control the dose when the equipment personnel of the core factory use the brush to apply lubricating oil to maintain the chain, so it is easy to cause grease dripping. This increases the risk of polluting products for lithium power plants with high requirements for cleanliness. In addition, for some high-temperature working conditions, such as tunnel furnace, the temperature inside is relatively high, the lubricating oil is easy to dry, and there is also a risk of chain breakage.

The chain under high temperature conditions must be lubricated frequently. A familiar equipment engineer told us that "the equipment has been running for a year and has never been oiled". Also, an equipment supervisor once mentioned that the maintenance staff are not willing to do the boring and repetitive work of lubrication, and the lubrication effect is also difficult to guarantee. Lubricant quantity shall be strictly controlled It is necessary to ensure that the single lubrication amount of automatic lubrication cannot be too much. According to the width of the chain, the ambient temperature, and the running speed of the chain, on the basis of single micro-lubrication, the output frequency of grease should be controlled to ensure that the pumped grease can be consumed quickly by the chain as much as possible. 2.
