Volatile oil is especially suitable for high-intensity operations such as punching, stamping, threading, tapping, etc. At the same time, it is also very suitable for thousands of plastic forming processing. It can be widely used in various plastic forming operations such as extrusion, pressing, stamping and drawing of various metal sheets. Such as silicon steel sheet, galvanized, silicon steel sheet single/double plate, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, tinplate and other materials rapid stamping processing.

The following points should be noted when using punching and shearing oil:

First, the original solution has a certain irritation: if it is in contact with the skin, it can be washed with a lot of water.

2, carefully handle the solution after water distribution, do not be contaminated.

Metal particles and metal salts, lubricants, and microscopic organisms can be hazardous to solutions, and in some cases (such as heavy metal contaminants such as chromium, cobalt, and nickel) can be particularly hazardous.

Third, environmental protection:

In the absence of oxygen, the product has poor biodegradability, such as discarding into the soil layer, and changes in its composition may affect the degradation rate, but all of them can be biodegradable. The product will be dispersed as an emulsion or in water. It can be degraded in an aerobic environment, and the degraded product has no damage to the environment.

4. Fire extinguishing method:

Due to more water, it does not support combustion, impurities remain after the evaporation of water, and can be burned at high temperatures, relatively speaking, more water and very dilute emulsion can not be burned. Extinguishing method: CO2 foam, dry powder or water can be used to extinguish the fire.

5. Operation and storage:

Keep the container airtight when not in use. Do not weld heated or inverted containers. When overheated, the product will release hydrogen chloride. Therefore, the storage temperature should not exceed 60°C.
