First, determine the timing and method of refueling:

1. If the following situations occur, you need to refuel
(1) The surface of the chain and track is relatively dry
(2) The speed or reading of the ammeter is too large
(3) The sound of chain movement is abnormal

2. Refueling Method

(1) By increasing the frequency of refueling and appropriately reducing the amount of refueling each time, the balance of better lubrication effect and less oil loss can be obtained at the same time.

(2) When refueling, pay attention to slow down the chain speed to prevent the oil from splashing. If the oil is artificially refueled, the oil column should be thin and uniform, and it should be poured with iron.

Second, determine the timing and filling method of fatliquoring:

1. How to choose the right timing for fat feeding
(1) Listen, is the sound of the machine running abnormal?
(2) Touch, whether the temperature of the bearing cover is too high

2. Fatliquoring Method
(1) Filling amount: low and medium-speed bearings are 1/2-2/3 of the free space of the bearing, and medium and high-speed bearings are 1/3 of the free space of the bearing
(2) It is best to disassemble the bearing cover once a year and clean the inside of it
(3) Determine the appropriate refilling cycle according to the operating temperature and the type of grease
