3# universal lithium grease has excellent mechanical stability, colloidal stability, oxidation stability, and shear resistance, as well as high and low temperature resistance and good water resistance. Widely applicable for lubrication of friction parts such as rolling bearings, sliding bearings, and automotive chassis of various mechanical equipment.

3# molybdenum disulfide lithium grease is a multifunctional and long-life lubricating grease with good mechanical stability, rust resistance, oxidation stability, colloid stability, oxidation stability, thermal stability, water resistance, and extreme pressure and wear resistance. Molybdenum disulfide lithium grease is suitable for lubricating the gears and bearings of various heavy-duty mechanical equipment such as steel rolling machinery, construction machinery, heavy lifting machinery, engineering machinery, etc. with working environment temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 180 ℃.

Molybdenum disulfide lithium grease contains molybdenum disulfide (a solid lubricant), while ordinary lithium grease does not. Molybdenum disulfide No.3 is generally black. Molybdenum disulfide 3 can still provide lubrication at high temperatures after the non solid lubricant evaporates.

Made from lithium based grease and added with molybdenum disulfide powder. It has good water resistance, mechanical stability, and pressure resistance. The scope of use is the same as that of general lithium based grease, mainly used for lubrication of heavy-duty machinery.

Attention should be paid to the application of general lithium grease:
1. Molybdenum disulfide has good water resistance, mechanical stability, and pressure resistance, and is mainly used for lubrication of heavy-duty machinery.

2. Molybdenum disulfide has a certain corrosive effect on copper and its alloys, and is not suitable for transportation with copper pipes, which can lead to pipeline blockage and cause oil shortage accidents.

3. Worm gear and worm gear sets that are not suitable for copper alloy manufacturing can cause tooth breakage due to corrosion.

4. Rolling bearings that are not suitable for copper alloy cages can cause cage fractures due to corrosion.

5. When lubricating parts made of copper and its alloys, it is best not to use lubricating products containing molybdenum disulfide. This is a lesson learned from many equipment accidents.
