The special ester Base Oil for refrigeration engine oil is prepared by reacting neopentyl polyol with saturated straight chain and branch chain fatty acids, and then refining by molecular distillation. The special ester for refrigeration oil is blended into refrigeration oil and applied to the refrigeration compressor of the main engine plant. It has excellent mutual solubility and compatibility with the new environment-friendly refrigerant, and its unique design structure makes it have excellent hydrolysis stability.

Why is compatibility required?

● Solubility at low temperature

A. In the low temperature state, the oil and refrigerant are mutually dissolved to reduce the viscosity and make oil return easy.
B. When the oil is separated from the refrigerant and the return oil is insufficient, the lubrication in the compressor is insufficient, causing wear or sintering.

● Solubility at high temperature
When the refrigerant volume is managed through the side mirror, it is impossible to distinguish whether the insufficient compatibility and white corrosion are caused by separation or insufficient refrigerant filling under high temperature, so it is impossible to manage an appropriate amount of refrigerant filling.

Uniform solubility of liquid refrigerant and oil?
● Solubility, uniform dissolution of liquid refrigerant and oil
● The separation temperature of the second layer, the temperature of the separation and dissolution of liquid refrigerant and oil
● In the separation field, separate into rich oil layer and rich refrigerant layer

Why is it necessary to develop new oil products?

● The previous R12 refrigerant has good compatibility with mineral refrigerant oil. However, R134a, R410a, R32 are not miscible with mineral oil. Therefore, it is not necessary to change the basic design of the system, correspond to the new refrigerant, and develop a miscible oil.

● There are esters, PAG and chlorine oil as substitutes for miscible basic materials. Chlorine oil is excluded from the candidates because of its high cost.


Why is it required to be resistant to decomposition by adding water?
● As a refrigeration compressor, a rubber tube is used to prevent pipeline damage caused by vibration
● Rubber cannot avoid moisture absorption in its characteristics
● In addition, the bearing of the refrigeration compressor is sealed with a lip seal ring, so it will also mix

Enter water. In order to remove moisture, the system is equipped with a desiccant (dryer). However, to ensure that there is no problem even if the desiccant loses its effect, the oil itself should not react with water, that is, it should be resistant to water decomposition.
