Ester oil is a very popular type of high-end synthetic lubricating oil. This oil was developed by the Germans during World War II to solve the problem of starting tanks and locomotives in the cold zone. Later, it was widely used in aviation and other fields, and it entered the 21st century. Gradually switched to motor sports. In terms of performance, since it contains a more flexible carbon-oxygen chain, the biggest advantage of esters lies in a wide liquid range and low-temperature flow energy. Different features Ester oil refers to natural substances containing ester groups in the molecular structure. Animal and vegetable oils have been used as lubricating materials thousands of years ago to reduce labor load or make wheels run briskly. Until the late 20th century, this natural grease was still widely used in gear oils, metal cutting fluids, metal drawing lubricants and machine tool rail oils. Lubricating oil is a technology-intensive product, a complex mixture of hydrocarbons, and its real performance is the combined effect of complex physical or chemical changes. The basic properties of lubricants include general physical and chemical properties, special physical and chemical properties and simulated bench tests. 3. Different ingredients The oxygen element contained in the ester oil molecule makes it have a positive electrode; the hydrogen element makes it have a negative electrode. Due to the role of the electrode, the ester molecules can be adsorbed on the metal surface to form an oil layer called the adhesion molecule oil film. It is this layer of adhesion molecule oil film that makes ester oil stand out from other oils that form an oil film due to viscosity. Lubricating oil generally consists of two parts: Base Oil and additives. Base oil is the main component of lubricating oil and determines the basic properties of lubricating oil. Additives can make up for and improve the performance of base oils and give some new properties. It is an important part of lubricating oil.
