Applicable temperature is less than 150 ℃. 2) PAO type high-temperature chain oil: PAO is the base oil, a small amount of ester oil is added as the solubilizer, a small amount of polybutylene is used as the viscosity enhancer, and an appropriate amount of functional additives are added. Applicable temperature is less than 150 ℃. 3) polyether type high-temperature chain oil: It is made by blending epoxy ethylene propane oligomer as the base oil and adding an appropriate amount of antioxidants, rust inhibitors, and other additives. Applicable temperature: 150~250 ℃. 4) Ester high-temperature chain oil: made from ester oil as the main base oil, mixed with appropriate viscosity increasing agents and functional additives. Applicable temperature: 220-300 ℃. 5) Add solid and semi solid lubricating materials such as molybdenum disulfide. The applicable temperature can be greater than 260 ℃. High temperature chain oil usage occasions Suitable for heat setting and stretching machines in the textile printing and dyeing industry; Chain transmission system for high-temperature drying rooms in the building materials industry; Kiln car hub bearings in refractory material factories; Chain transmission systems for automobiles and other paint drying rooms; The drying room support hub of the cement plant; Spray painting line drying oven; Other high-temperature occasions.
