The classification and features of metalworking fluid:
  1. Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid: It has good lubricity, good anti extreme pressure effect. But it hard to clean, poor cooling performance and high processing cost.
  2. Soluble Oil Emulsifier Additive Package: It has good lubricity, good anti extreme pressure effect, good cooling effect and low processing cost, easy to clean, but the waste water is not easy to treat.
  3. Water Based Semi Synthetic Metal Working Fluid Emulsion: It has good cooling effect, low processing cost and easy to clean. But the lubrication effect is general, anti extreme pressure also is general, and the waste water is not easy to treat.
  4. Multifunctional Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid: It has good cooling effect, low processing cost, easy to clean and the waster water is easy to treat. But the the lubrication effect and anti extreme pressure is not very good.
