●Recommend Formulation

20% Cutting Oil Emulsifier Additive Package + 80% naphthenic Base Oil, then add oleinic acid about 3-5% (blend to get clear emulsion).

There are four types of MWF: Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid, Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid, Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid and Emulsion Metal Working Fluid. This type is Emulsion Metal Working Fluid, or called Soluble Oil MWF.

The product is packed in 200KGS/drum or made to order, suitable for all means of transport. And it shall be stored in dry, cleaning, and ventilated warehouse.

The emulsifier oil prepared by this additive package is suitable for various ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals with long life. It is good compatibility, the blended original fluid is stable and has no layer separation, the recommend treat rate is 20%.

Soluble Oil Emulsifier Additive Package T6500 is a high performance additive package to produce soluble oil, it is blended with the components with the performance of lubricity, anti-rust, emulsion, ect., which is suitable for naphthenic base oil.
