●Product Description
It is one important Lubricant Additive Component, it can formulate different kinds of Additive Package with Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, Ashless Dispersant, High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, Pour Point Depressant, ect., especially suitable to for the applications related to copper or yellow metal alloy.

This product features favorable anti-oxidation and copper corrosion inhibition ability. It can form the inert film on the metal surface or creat the chelate with the metal ions to prevent metal oxidation, inhibit the catalytic acceleration of oxidation reaction that caused by metals. When used together with BHT antioxidant T501, it will process excellent synergism, which can greatly reduce BHT antioxidant T501 dosage.

●Applications

This product is primarily applied for turbine oils, oil film bearing oils, industrial gear oils, transformer oils and circulation oils. It is forbidden to be mixed with ZDDP, otherwise the settlings may occur.

●Recommended Treat Rate

The recommended treat rate is from 0.03wt% to 0.1wt%.
