●Product Introduction

TBN600 Vanadium Inhibitor Magnesium Sulfonate it's one kind of fuel additives, and can blend with fuel directly. It has a very high base alkalinity, we also have other Lubricant Additive Component with different alkalinity, such as TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, 300TBN Calcium Sulfonate, 150TBN Calcium Sulfonate etc.

Magnesium Sulfonate not only have detergency and dispersion effect, but as the vanadium inhibitor agent added to the fuel oil, can prevent vanadium, sodium, iron and other metal in heavy oil from forming sulfate with low melting point and vanadium pentoxi de compounds during the high temperature combustion. The product can be directly added to the fuel oil, and can also be injected fuel pipeline. Can reduce the corrosion in the process of combustion.

●Package, Storage and Transportation

Packed in 200 liters iron drum or according to user`s requirement. Transportation mode is by container or truck. The maximum storage temperature shall not exceed 40℃. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive, and it is same as petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, use and other aspects, thus it needs no special protection. The product is stored with a shelf life of 2 years, and it should avoid contact with strong antioxidant when use. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergent.
