There's no good way to do it or recycle it perfectly.

Problems that need to be solved

Due to the different quality of the release agent and the different formula, the degree of emulsification of the liquid is different, and the solid content of the release agent is different. If the release agent needs to be recovered, the following problems need to be solved:

1. Impurities: filter to the appropriate accuracy, without affecting the effective ingredients in the release agent, but also to filter out impurities, can not block the nozzle;

2. Waste oil: filter out the oil in the release agent, prevent the product from having yellow spots, black spots, and prevent the breeding of bacteria in the process;

3. Deodorization and sterilization: inhibit the bacteria that have been produced to prevent the liquid from stinking;

4. Concentration determination: automatically match the required concentration to prevent sticking, drawing and straining.

At present, the die-casting machine mainly uses two kinds of anti-wear hydraulic oil and water glycol anti-fire hydraulic oil, and the waste oil is mainly caused by oil change, and there are generally two reasons for oil change: one is a regular oil change, the second is the equipment card valve and other faults such as oil change or water leakage emulsification oil change, the waste oil replaced is either illegally sold to small oil sellers, or spend a lot of costs for environmental protection.

1. Filter the impurities in the waste oil to about the new oil standard NAS9;

2. Filter the moisture in the waste oil to the new oil standard;

3. The viscosity reaches the new oil standard.

Current status

Problems that need to be solved

The main reason for most of the cutting fluid waste is the replacement of the liquid for a long time to smell, the cutting fluid on the waste is generally because of fine impurities and oil slick too much and can not be used, there are two main ways to solve the problem of cutting fluid waste:

Online maintenance: try to extend the service life of the cutting fluid, it is best to always add without replacing;

Offline filtration: deep purification of the replaced cutting fluid to meet the standards that can be used.

Either way, such as reuse needs to solve the following problems:

1. Filter the waste oil in the waste cutting fluid;

2. Filter impurities in waste cutting fluid;

3. Deodorization and sterilization.

1. Online filtering:

2. Deep purification:

If the liquid is replaced regularly, it is cleaner in filtering impurities, oil slicks and sterilization than the online filtration purification, filtered to the state that can be used, and re-added to the machine for use.

3. Liquid tank cleaning:

The service life of the cutting fluid is not only affected by the oil slick bacteria, but also affected by the impurities at the bottom of the machine, regularly cleaning the internal debris of the machine is a necessary work, and the cleaning machine needs a lot of labor, delayed production and processing, the ground sprinkling drip, etc., through professional equipment to quickly clean up impurities

4. Centralized liquid supply and return system:

Automatically continue to add quantitative cutting fluid to each machine, overflow to the liquid return tank through the top of the liquid tank, and then pump the liquid back to the filtration system through the constant pressure liquid supply system to the machine, so that the cutting fluid has been flowing up, to achieve no need to change the liquid, just add the liquid state, when the liquid is missing, Automatically fill the new liquid into the liquid supply system according to the set proportion, and monitor the daily use of raw liquid and water at any time.
