Impurities in the anti-wear hydraulic oil can cause the following failures in the hydraulic system: Some components in the hydraulic system are also equipped with damping holes and gap-type control valve ports. The impurities in the oil will block these gaps and small holes and hinder the oil. The movement of the hydraulic components will damage the normal operation of the hydraulic parts; if impurities enter the valve, it may damage the mating surface of the valve core and the valve body, or get stuck between them, causing the valve to be tightly sealed or not working properly; such as in the oil Excessive dirt will block the oil filter, block the system circulation, often open the safety valve, poor cooling, and increase the system temperature.

The correct use of anti-wear hydraulic oil is the key to maintaining the hydraulic system:


1. Select the appropriate hydraulic oil according to the regulations of the manual.
① The type and accuracy requirements of hydraulic oil must be in accordance with the specific regulations and requirements of the hydraulic system and component manufacturers;
②If substitute anti-wear hydraulic oil is used for some reason, it shall meet the performance requirements of the original brand oil as much as possible;
③Do not mix and use anti-wear hydraulic oils of different brands.

2. Adopt a closed fuel tank, and install a certain precision air filter at the fuel tank entrance.

3. During use, prevent moisture and emulsion. dust. The invasion of fiber debris and other mechanical debris.

4. The amount of anti-wear hydraulic oil should be appropriate. The oil volume of the hydraulic oil tank should be kept within the specified oil level after the system pipelines and components are filled with oil.

5. Components, pipelines and systems must be strictly cleaned before being put into use.

6. It must be strictly filtered when refueling. Check the oil filter frequently and replace it when it is found to be dirty.

7. Regularly check the quality of the anti-wear hydraulic oil to keep the anti-wear hydraulic oil clean.


When checking the quality of hydraulic oil, mainly check the following three aspects:
①The oxidation degree of anti-wear hydraulic oil

When anti-wear hydraulic oil is in use, due to temperature changes, oxygen in the air and sunlight, it will gradually be oxidized, causing its viscosity and other properties to change. The degree of oxidation is usually judged from the color and smell of the hydraulic oil. If the color of hydraulic oil is dark brown and smells, it means it has been oxidized. The darker the brown and the stronger the malodor, the greater the degree of oxidation. At this time, new oil should be replaced.


②The degree of water content in the anti-wear hydraulic oil

If the anti-wear hydraulic oil is mixed with water, it will reduce its lubricating performance and corrode metals. There are usually two methods for judging the degree of water mixed in the hydraulic oil. One is based on the change of its color and odor. If the color of the hydraulic oil is milky white and the smell does not change, it means that the mixed person has too much water. The second is to take a small amount of hydraulic oil and drop it on the hot iron plate. If it makes a "beating" sound, it means that it contains water. At this time, new oil should be replaced.


③Containing impurities in anti-wear hydraulic oil
After the machine has been working for a period of time, put a few drops of hydraulic oil on your hand and twist it with your fingers to see if there are metal particles or if there are tiny flashes under the sun. If there are more metal particles or flash points, it is proved that the hydraulic oil contains more mechanical impurities. At this time, the hydraulic oil should be replaced, or the hydraulic oil should be discharged, sedimentation for not less than 42h or more, and then filtered and used.

8. When replacing the anti-wear hydraulic oil, pay attention to it when the machine is just finished working, and release it while the hydraulic oil is hot (so that it is easy to bring out the mechanical impurities and oil stains). The specific method is: manipulate the working device to place it in the highest position, turn off the engine, use its own weight to lower, to completely drain the oil cylinder, and then thoroughly clean the oil tank and corresponding pipelines, and add new hydraulic oil.

9. Clean the hydraulic system properly. The cleaning fluid is best to use the anti-wear hydraulic oil of the same brand and used in the system. Never use kerosene or diesel as cleaning fluid. When cleaning, use as large a flow as possible to make the liquid flow in the pipeline turbulent, and complete the actions of each actuator, so as to flush out the contaminants from various pumps, alarms, hydraulic cylinders and other components. After cleaning, drain the cleaning fluid in a hot state, and add new working fluid according to the method of changing the oil.
