This is like in the summer when we eat the leftover meal at noon and it will be bad at night. If there are more bacteria, emulsified oil will naturally smell bad, or even turn black, and the anti-rust function will decrease accordingly. 1. Reasons for stinking: a) The mixing ratio is low, and the emulsified oil is usually ok when it is mixed with water at 1:20, but in the summer, the bacteria grow too fast and the concentration is low, the fungicide in the emulsified oil can not be sterilized, which will cause odor and the workpiece Rust is inevitable. b) Workers' bad hygiene habits, littering of cigarette butts and oiled gloves, and the cleanliness of the workshop is not ideal. The use of well water, river water or groundwater will cause the deterioration of emulsified oil. c) The factory is not busy and often has holidays. If the water in the water tank is not circulated, it will cause bacteria to grow more and more. Because the main culprit causing deterioration is anaerobic bacteria. "Anaerobic bacteria" knows that they hate oxygen the most when they hear the name, and they cannot survive with sufficient oxygen. 2. Solution: a) In summer, the ratio of water to water is less than 1:15, preferably 1:10.
