1. Cleaning: because the cleaning is not clean, there is water, hand sweat or salt left on the metal surface, and the used antirust oil lacks sufficient displacement, there is a hidden danger of corrosion. Some use solvent gasoline as the cleaning material. No replaceable antirust oil is added to the solvent gasoline. When cleaning, it is in a high humidity climate. Condensation will occur on the metal surface, and even rust before the antirust oil is applied. If you directly apply oil without treatment, the product will rust. Some products are rusted before being oiled because they are not rusted timely after cleaning.

2. Inspection before oil seal: metal parts shall be inspected before oil seal and must be clean and dry without rust. Rust must be removed if it has been rusted, otherwise the rust will continue to exist and even develop. After rust removal, conduct oil seal according to rust prevention process to ensure oil seal quality.

3. Heating: Some antirust grease is thick, and can not be dipped or brushed at room temperature. It can only be used after being heated and melted. If it is not heated at the specified temperature or operated under high temperature for a long time, some additives will be decomposed into harmful corrosives. This antirust oil will not only lose its antirust property, but instead become a corrosion promoter. Therefore, during heating, the temperature must be controlled according to the regulations, and it cannot be high temperature or over temperature for a long time. Stop heating when not in use, so as to avoid the deterioration of antirust grease and ensure the antirust effect.

4. Application method: When applying antirust grease, the grease must be thin and uniform. If the oil film is too thick or the coating is uneven, it will cause corrosion caused by non-uniform oxygen concentration cell at the place where the oil film on the metal surface is thin and the rust resistance is very good. When the antirust grease is dipped, a large amount of oil will be packaged before the oil is drained, which will cause corrosion in the place with more oil; If a thread of rust is found, it is mainly caused by uneven brushing or missing brushing; It will also cause uneven oil film or leakage during spraying. Therefore, when applying antirust grease, the oil film must be thin and even, and no leakage is allowed to prevent corrosion. The metal parts for heating oil seals must be packaged after being cooled to room temperature, otherwise they are prone to corrosion.
