Ways to prolong the service life of cutting and grinding fluid
1. Install an air automatic agitator in the Metal Working Fluid tank to continuously and slowly stir to allow the metal working fluid to fully contact the air.
2. On rest days, ensure at least 2 hours of internal circulation of the cutting fluid.
3. Timely remove foreign oil in the cutting pool, as well as slag, grinding debris, and mud.
4. It is not allowed to throw cigarette butts and dirt into the cutting pool.
5. Arrange specialized personnel to be engaged in cutting fluid inspection work, and deal with problems promptly when found.
