The development of chain oil has gone through the process from mineral oil to synthetic oil, from low grade to high grade, and has gone through three development stages: mineral oil type, polyether type and synthetic ester type.

The use temperature of mineral oil type chain oil is below 150 ℃, which is easy to form a large amount of sludge and gum on the chain. The coke cleaning cycle is about one month, resulting in a short service life of the chain.

The service temperature of polyether chain oil is 150-220 ℃. Because its thermal decomposition products under high temperature can be volatilized or dissolved in the residual oil, it is not easy to form dirt or carbon deposits. Coke removal is about once every six months, which can extend the service life of the chain. However, polyether volatilizes quickly above 220 ℃, which consumes a lot of oil, and is not conducive to environmental protection.

The service temperature of synthetic ester type chain oil is 220-300 ℃, which has excellent thermal oxidation stability and biodegradability, small evaporation loss, less coking, excellent lubrication performance, extended the chain coke cleaning cycle to more than one year, improved the production efficiency and extended the chain life.

Synthetic ester oils are produced by the reaction of acids and alcohols with different structures. Common ester oils include monoesters, diesters, polyol esters, and diesters, which can be used in high-temperature chains, air compressors, etc. Synthetic ester oils mainly include diesters, saturated polyol esters (trimethylolpropane esters, trimellitic acid esters, pentaerythritol esters, etc.). Common diesters include sebacic acid, azelaic acid, 2-ethylhexyl adipic acid, etc;

Polyol esters are prepared by reacting polyols with monobasic acids. Among them, the (di) pentaerythritol type Synthetic Base Oil has excellent high temperature performance, low high-temperature coking amount and evaporation loss, and excellent coking plate surface cleaning performance. It is the preferred Base Oil for high-performance high-temperature chain oil.

POE base oil has the following characteristics:
1) High flash point, high burning point, high safety, and the maximum use temperature can reach 280℃.
2) Good thermal oxidation stability, low volatility
3) Good anti-wear, anti scratch and antifriction performance, effective energy saving
4) Good lubricating performance
5) Good additive solubility
6) It has good compatibility with mineral oil, polya olefin, etc
7) Non toxic, excellent biodegradability

Synthetic polyol ester high-temperature chain oil can be designed with more than ten different structural formulations in different formulation processes, environmental requirements, application occasions, etc., to meet the high-temperature lubrication needs of various brands of imported or domestic equipment.
