After thoroughly cleaning the pipeline, the pure HM46# anti-wear hydraulic oil was re-added for test. After repeated pushing and pulling two effective strokes, the pushing and pulling speed of the hydraulic column drilling rig was significantly increased, and the pressure and jacking force of the auxiliary pump reached the rated value. When the test parameter of the gyroscope on the comprehensive torque test bench was 260r/min, the torque was 423N.m.

To sum up, the use of emulsified hydraulic oil will cause the failure of the hydraulic drilling system and affect the normal operation of the equipment. When using the hydraulic column drill, be sure to fill the pure anti-wear hydraulic oil that meets the label requirements as required, and check the oil regularly.

If it is found in the process of use that the hydraulic components of the hydraulic drilling rig are weak, there are obvious bubble sounds in the oil tank, and the oil temperature is overheating, it is recommended to open the tank lid to check whether the oil has been white, if it is white emulsified, it is recommended to clean the pipeline immediately and replace the pure hydraulic oil. You can't use emulsified hydraulic oil anymore, "leukemia" will really destroy the hydraulic drill!
