How to improve the drawing oil pollution of injection molding products

In the injection molding process, the word that talk every day is oil pollution. How to reduce the oil pollution of products is a problem that we always need to face in injection molding. The root causes of oil pollution in injection molding products were analyzed, mainly from the pollution of thimble grease, the penetration of rust inhibitor, and the pollution of release agent. In daily production, as long as these three pollution sources are properly treated, basically the oil pollution of the products will be greatly reduced.
If it is not a particularly complex product, the use of mold release agents can be reduced by improving the mold. Thimble lubricating grease needs special attention. Using ordinary grease to lubricate the needle is easy to burn the needle, and with the reduction of active ingredients, it will gradually turn yellow and black, causing the thimble position of the product to also turn black and yellow, thus affecting the appearance of the product. Special personnel are required. Wipe off these grease stains. We should choose some non-oily ones on the market. We recommend the series of wax-based rust inhibitors. Compared with oily ones, they are non-flowing and no-cleaning. When sprayed on the mold, a protective layer of wax film is formed, no matter how long the mold is statically sealed. Time, there will be no problem of penetration, and it has a natural advantage in the prevention of oil pollution. Matters needing special attention in degreasing: 1. Ultrasonic degreasing should be used for degreasing, and stainless steel should be used. In order to save investment in machinery and equipment projects, some galvanizing plants use PP tank bodies, and a stainless steel plate is hung on the side. In this way, although a certain cost is saved, the effect of ultrasonic waves will be different. 2. The chemical liquid of the oil removal tank should be replaced regularly to avoid secondary pollution. Since the effect of degreasing is to remove the dirt on the surface of the injection molded product, if it is reflected to a certain level, the liquid medicine will be ineffective. The dissolved substances and physical contamination in it may be attached to the surface of the injection-molded product, which is likely to cause secondary pollution. 3. Incomplete degreasing will affect the electroplating process effect of the product, and make the process flow unable to obtain excellent passivation treatment, thereby endangering the bonding or causing safety hazards such as leakage plating. 4. Select the appropriate degreaser to obtain hydrophilic effect on the surface of injection molding products. 5. If sufficient oil removal time cannot achieve the effect of oil removal, it can be solved by increasing the concentration value or temperature of oil removal.
