The emulsified oil can be sampled and tested. Drop the oil sample on a hot iron plate. If bubbles appear, it can be determined that the emulsified oil contains water, otherwise the emulsified oil contains air. If the emulsified oil of the hydraulic support is mixed with water to cause turbidity, let the emulsified oil stand for a period of time, let the water sink to the bottom of the emulsified oil tank, and then remove the water. However, if the moisture content is too high to cause the emulsified oil to emulsify, it needs to be replaced with a new emulsified oil. If it is determined that the emulsified oil is mixed with air to cause turbidity, check the hydraulic system pipeline for leaks and cut off the source of air mixing.
There are three fundamental reasons for the abnormal rise of the emulsified oil temperature of the hydraulic support: First, the pressure setting of the safety valve is too low, so that most of the emulsified oil flows back to the tank through the safety valve, resulting in too low work efficiency of the hydraulic system. If the load is too large, most of the energy will be converted into the heat energy of the emulsified oil, resulting in high temperature: the second is that the temperature of the emulsified oil is too high due to the poor cooling effect of the cooling system, and the third is that the emulsified oil circulates in the oil circuit too frequently. Difficulty in heat dissipation and temperature rise. Fault diagnosis should be from easy to difficult. First check the amount of oil in the emulsified oil tank. If the amount of oil in the oil tank is insufficient, add it to the standard level in time.
