1. Base Oil Price Increase

Crude oil, base oil, lubricating oil, from upstream to downstream of the industrial chain, this layer of supply chain set off a tide of price increases. 2. Additive Price Increase Additives as an important formula to distinguish the grade of lubricating oil, so that the performance of lubricating oil is superior. There is no doubt that the additive of lubricating oil has also been affecting the price of lubricating oil. At present, the shipping period of the United States, Europe and Singapore has been delayed seriously, and some additive factories have limited production or stopped production, especially the "sales control" policy of the big brand additive factories, which has caused the market supply to decline and led to the increase of the cost of lubricating oil additives. In recent months, some additives have risen, some market people believe that the recent increase in automotive lubricating oil additives are also expected. 3. Lubricant Price Increase Industry analysts say the cost of manufacturing lubricants has increased as the price of base oil, additives and logistics transportation and packaging have risen sharply. After entering the heating season in the north after November, the pressure of environmental protection is rising, and some raw material production of lubricating oil and the start of lubricating oil factory will also be controlled accordingly, which will lead to the tight supply of goods. At the same time, with both domestic and export markets warming up, some head brand production enterprises are even in full capacity production state. Combined with these factors, the overall upward trend of lubricating oil market has been inevitable, which will eventually lead to a price increase of 5% to 15% of lubricating oil. At present, many enterprises have entered the new year's order season, and the price increase will be reflected in the new products next year.
