1. Complex calcium base grease
Calcium complex grease is the earliest developed high dropping point grease, which is prepared from complex calcium soap thickened Base Oil produced by the reaction of animal and vegetable fats, fatty acids or synthetic fatty acids and acetic acid with calcium hydroxide.

Performance

Heat resistance: Because the composite calcium-based grease does not use water as a stabilizer, it avoids the disadvantage that calcium-based grease is not resistant to high temperature, and has better heat resistance than calcium-based grease. Calcium complex grease can be used up to 160°C in anti-friction bearings, and can be used up to 200°C in the short term.


Extreme pressure property: Because the calcium complex base lubricating introduces low molecular acid acetic acid to make complex calcium soap, it also improves the extreme pressure resistance of the complex calcium base grease, which can generally withstand a load of more than 22.5kg.


Stability: It has good mechanical stability and colloidal stability, and can be used on high-speed rolling bearings, and it is not easy to be thinned or thrown out during use.


Water resistance: It has a certain water resistance and can work in a humid environment or in contact with water.


Surface hardening phenomenon: Due to the presence of low molecular acid acetic acid, the surface of complex calcium-based grease absorbs water and hardens under normal and high temperature conditions, which will affect the starting performance of the motor during use.

Application

Calcium complex grease is suitable for lubrication of mechanical and sealed rolling bearings in a wide temperature range and with large loads. At the same time, it is suitable for the lubrication of friction parts with a working temperature of 120~150℃, such as vehicle wheel hub bearings and water pump bearings.

2. Lithium complex grease
Lithium complex grease is a lubricating grease prepared by thickening the base oil of lithium complex soap with hydroxy fatty acid lithium soap and low molecular acid lithium salt, and adding additives. The service life of anti-wear bearings at higher temperatures is much longer than that of ordinary lithium-based greases, and is known as the third-generation grease.

Performance

Heat resistance: The dropping point is greater than 260°C, and it has a certain consistency at high temperature. Compared with ordinary lithium-based grease, the heat resistance is better, and its service life is more than 4 times that of ordinary lithium-based grease.


Bearing operating life: It has a long bearing operating life, and even at a high temperature of 177 °C, it can still achieve an average bearing life of more than 400 hours.


Other properties: Lithium complex grease also has good oxidation stability, lubricity, colloidal stability, mechanical stability, thermal stability, pumpability and excellent water resistance. However, it is difficult to add additives to the complex lithium base grease. Usually, adding additives will reduce the service life of the grease, and its manufacturing technical requirements are relatively high.

Application

Lithium complex grease is suitable for lubricating wheel hub bearing parts of luxury cars, and also suitable for lubricating high temperature bearings such as rolling mills and sintering machines in steel mills. The operating temperature is generally -20~150℃, and it can be applied to 180℃ in a short time.

3. Complex aluminum base grease
Complex aluminum base grease is a grease prepared from complex aluminum soap thickened base oil formed by the reaction of stearic acid, benzoic acid and organoaluminum compounds. With unique thermal reversibility, it is a typical high temperature grease.

Performance

Thermal reversibility: The composite aluminum-based grease has structural reversibility, it will not become liquid at a certain high temperature, and the structure of the grease will be restored at a low temperature. At the same time, the penetration degree of mechanical shearing to a certain degree does not change much. When the shearing force is withdrawn, the structural recovery of the grease is also ideal after a certain period of time.


Thermal stability: the dropping point can be higher than 260℃, the use temperature can reach 150~160℃, and the short-term use temperature can reach 200℃.


Oxidation stability: It has good oxidation stability and good sensitivity to additives. Oxidative stability is better than lithium complex grease.

Water resistance: It has good water resistance, and can maintain the structure of the grease after mixing with water, and the consistency of the grease does not change much.


Colloidal stability: The complex aluminum-based grease has a small amount of oil during storage and has better colloidal stability.


Pumpability: Complex aluminum base grease has the smallest fiber structure among all greases. Its pumpability ranks first among other greases and is favored by centralized lubrication systems.

Application

Composite aluminum-based grease can be used for the lubrication of mechanical parts running at high temperature, and is more suitable for the lubrication of mechanical equipment with centralized lubrication system, such as the lubrication of transmission system equipment such as large rolling mills and sintering machines.

4. Complex Calcium Sulfonate grease
The complex calcium sulfonate-based grease has the characteristics of high dropping point, high efficiency, long life, and degradable function. Compared with other high temperature greases, such as lithium complex grease, aluminum complex grease or polyurea grease, etc., it has more perfect performance characteristics and is a new concept of lubricating products.

Performance

High temperature resistance: The dropping point is higher than 260°C, and the operating temperature can be increased to 177°C. At the same time, the complex calcium sulfonate-based grease has a certain reversibility, and can still restore the original grease structure when it returns to the normal temperature at high temperature.


Low temperature resistance: At low temperature, the large amount of spherical inorganic salt particle oil contained in the grease prevents the base oil from condensing, and effectively reduces the low temperature start-up of the grease by virtue of its own inter-crystal rolling and inter-crystal slippage resistance.


Mechanical stability: When subjected to shearing, except for the partial fracture of fatty acid calcium fibers, other structural skeletons are hardly destroyed, and the distribution is more uniform. Therefore, it has strong shear resistance and good mechanical stability.


Water resistance: The complex calcium sulfonate base grease has little change in consistency under water drenching environment, still has good adhesion, and can stay firmly on the metal surface to avoid the loss of lubricating grease due to water drenching. At the same time, it does not emulsify and deteriorate for a long time, and has good adaptability to humid and water-drenched environments.


Anti-corrosion and anti-rust: Calcium sulfonate itself is an excellent anti-rust agent. Using calcium sulfonate as thickener is naturally superior to other thickeners in rust prevention.


Extreme pressure and anti-wear properties: Since the grease contains a variety of inorganic salts, it can form a deposition layer on the friction surface, thereby effectively isolating the friction between the two metal surfaces. Under high pressure and high temperature, it will chemically react with other metal ions to form a chemical film, so the complex calcium sulfonate base grease has good anti-load capacity, extreme pressure and anti-wear properties.

Application

Complex calcium sulfonate grease is widely used in metallurgy, mining, machinery and other industries. Its advantages are more obvious in the lubrication of metallurgical steelmaking and continuous casting bearings and the lubrication of rolling mill bearings. It is suitable for lubrication under high temperature, heavy load and water environment, such as continuous casting in iron and steel metallurgy industry, work roll bearings in hot rolling mills, etc. It can also be used as general grease for the lubrication of equipment in hot and humid environment of paper industry or other heavy industrial environments. . At the same time, it can effectively lubricate joints, camshafts, connectors, reducers, gears, etc. exposed to high temperature, heavy load, water spray and corrosive conditions.

5. Compound titanium base grease
In the 1990s, researchers in India successfully developed high-performance, multi-functional composite titanium-based greases. This product is a lubricating grease prepared by adding fatty acid, carboxylic acid and titanium alkoxide in base oil, mixing and heating. The thickener used is a metal organic compound, a new high temperature grease.

Performance
High temperature resistance: It has a higher dropping point. Compared with ordinary greases, high dropping point greases can work at high temperatures. The dropping point of complex titanium grease is higher than that of lithium complex and aluminum complex grease.


Antioxidant and anti-corrosion: The anti-oxidation performance is better than that of complex lithium grease and equivalent to that of complex aluminum base grease.


Extreme pressure and anti-wear properties: extreme pressure and anti-wear properties are equivalent to those of complex lithium and complex aluminum greases.


Shear stability: The shear stability is measured by the penetration of 100,000 times of work and the change of penetration after 2 hours of drum test. The shear stability of composite titanium-based grease is equivalent to that of composite lithium and composite aluminum-based grease. .


Environmental friendliness: Studies on the toxicity and other safety aspects of complex titanium-based grease have shown that it is an environmentally friendly grease.

Application
Composite titanium-based greases are widely used in steel mills, power plants, packaging industries, chemical plants, and automobiles. The complex titanium-based grease is used in different aspects, which proves that it is a multi-effect and high-performance grease.
