Methods to prolong the service life of cutting grinding fluid
1. Install an automatic air mixer in the metalworking fluid tank to stir continuously and slowly, so as to make the metalworking fluid fully contact with the air.
2. On the rest day, ensure at least 2 hours of internal circulation of cutting fluid.
3. Timely remove the foreign oil in the cutting pool, as well as the slag, grinding debris and mud.
