Anti-rust oil is composed of oil-soluble Corrosion Inhibitor, Base Oil and auxiliary additives. According to the performance and use, rust removal oil can be divided into fingerprint removal type anticorrosive oil, water dilution type anticorrosive oil, solvent dilution type anticorrosive oil anticorrosive lubrication two oils, seal anticorrosive oil, replacement type anticorrosive oil thin layer oil, anticorrosive grease and gas phase anticorrosive oil. Corrosion inhibitors commonly used in rust prevention oil include alkali-earth metal salts of fatty acids or naphthenic acid, lead naphthenate, zinc naphthenate, sodium petroleum sulfonate barium petroleum sulfonate, petroleum sulfonic acid, trioleate tallow diamine rosin amine and so on. Second, solvent dilution type anti-rust oil and additives

1. This type of anti-rust oil contains volatile petroleum solvents, or is diluted with solvents when used at room temperature. The utility model includes solvent diluent type hard film anti-rust oil, solvent diluent type soft film anti-rust oil, solvent diluent type replacement anti-rust oil, etc. After this kind of anti-rust oil is coated on the metal surface, the solvent will naturally evaporate to form a uniform protective film. If the film forming material is asphalt, resin (such as alkyl phenol amino resin, tert-butyl phenol methyl acetate resin, petroleum resin, etc.), the film formed after volatilization of the solvent is a hard film, generally not stick to hands, not stick to dust impurities, it is a transparent or opaque film that can not be wiped off, and it is easy to clean off in petroleum solvents such as gasoline. Generally used in the surface of large machinery and equipment rust prevention, and some can even be used for the storage of raw materials and equipment under open conditions. However, its disadvantage is that it must be allowed to contact and package each other after the solvent is volatilized, otherwise it will stick together. Therefore, it is only suitable for the workpiece with simple structure. For the mass production of medium and small parts with complex structure with small holes, it is not suitable for internal storage. If the film forming material is grease, such as general lanolin and its derivatives, wax, petroleum jelly, oxidized petroleum grease and barium soap, the film formed after volatilization of the solvent is a soft film, that is, an oil film. It's soft, you wipe it, you erase it. This kind of oil can be used as a long-term storage oil, requiring a certain thickness and good anti-rust performance, but it is difficult to unseal.

2. Film forming agent: lanolin phase compatibility is very poor, the general lanolin more than 2% of the precipitation does not dissolve into, sodium oxide 2008S and 2108S solubility is very good, 2008S solubility is generally less than 5%, 2108S compatibility is better, dissolution can reach 8% or even higher.

The thin and waxy film of the anti-rust oil prepared with the additive can provide an excellent anti-rust protective film for ferrous metals exposed to corrosive environments, in addition to the following advantages:

Excellent salt spray performance in combination with sulfate

Compatible with ethylene glycol monobutyl ether to provide excellent water displacement properties

The water separation performance can quickly and completely separate the moisture remaining in the anti-rust oil

Does not contain barium or other heavy metals

Of course, in addition to the above film forming agent, it is also necessary to add T701, neutral T705A/T705C, T746, and salt spray reinforcing agent (the amount added in the entire anti-rust oil system does not exceed 1%), with naphthenic base oil and solvent-based base oil can be synthesized solvent-dilutive anti-rust oil.

Third, replacement type anti-rust oil and additives

1. The replacement type of anti-rust oil generally has a strong adsorption of sulfonate as the main anti-rust agent, can replace the moisture and sweat attached to the metal surface, prevent rust caused by human sweat, while itself adsorbed on the metal surface and generate a solid protective film to prevent the intrusion of foreign corrosive media. Therefore, it is widely used for interprocess rust prevention and surface pretreatment before long-term rust prevention. There are also many replacement type rust prevention oil can be directly used for storage rust prevention. When used, it can be diluted by petroleum solvents such as kerosene or gasoline, so sometimes some types of such anti-rust oils also belong to the range of solvent diluent anti-rust oil, and should pay attention to fire ventilation and other problems due to the volatilization of solvents when used.

According to the provisions of the domestic replacement type anti-rust oil standard SH0367-92, this type of oil is divided into 1, 2, 3 and 4. Among them, No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 oil are mainly used for the packaging and sealing of various metal products and parts, and there are certain people sweat silently changing sex. # 1 oil is used for ferrous metals. No. 2 oil is used for ferrous metals and copper, and No. 3 oil is used for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 oil can be used as interprocess storage oil after diluting with petroleum solvent, and No. 4 oil is sweat cleaning oil for interprocess cleaning and rust prevention.
