However, the current cutting fluids on the market have two major problems: oil slick and impurities The effect of oil slick 1. The most serious loss of some functions of cutting fluid is the loss of anti-rust performance. The lubrication, cooling, cleaning, and anti-rust functions of the cutting fluid will appear lame due to excessive oil slick, and no longer have the best design balance. 2. Accelerate the deterioration of cutting fluid, such as stinking. The bacterial enrichment of cutting fluid accelerates acidification and deterioration, and the prerequisite environment is the production of slick oil, which is the main living environment of aerobic bacteria. 3. It makes the workpiece difficult to clean, and the residue becomes stubborn, which increases the difficulty of preventing rust between the subsequent procedures and the finished product. Impact of impurities 1) The metal particles in the cutting fluid affect the surface finish of the workpiece, the roughness does not meet the process requirements, there are defects, and burns. Increase the defective rate. 2) At the same time, it affects the service life of the tool. Studies have shown that if the impurities in the cutting fluid are reduced from 40 microns to 10 microns, the tool life can be extended by 1-3 times. 3) Impurities enter the cutting fluid system and consume the non-polar groups in the cutting fluid surfactant. Solution: oil filter The oil filter is to filter the solid impurities in the cutting fluid with a filter bag, and then remove the slick oil through the accumulation separator. Fully filter out the solid impurities and slick oil in the emulsion, and remove the attachment points of bacteria. The filtration cost is low, and a repetitive filter bag can be used for more than 1 year; it is convenient to move and low maintenance cost, as long as the solid impurities in the filter screen before the air separation pump are regularly removed.
