1. Daily appearance inspection of cutting fluid
The appearance check includes the color, odor, state of the cutting fluid, etc., which can intuitively reflect the basic state of the cutting fluid.

2. Circle control of the cutting fluid system
In order to ensure the normal use state of the cutting fluid, it is necessary to ensure a good circulation state of the cutting fluid. In case of a long stop (more than 3 days), if the machine tool does not turn on the cycle, it may accelerate the growth of the aegal cells. Corruption can arrange duty personnel during the holidays. Each machine tool cutting fluid system circulates about 30 minutes to increase the oxygen content in the cutting fluid and inhibit the reproduction of anaerobic bacteria.

3. Miscellaneous oil monitoring

Check the monitoring regularly, find that miscellaneous oils are mixed, you should immediately find the cause, and inform the relevant departments to resolve it in time, and timely remove the floating oil.
If conditions permit, customers are advised to replace the aging seal on the equipment regularly to minimize the oil leakage of the equipment lubrication system.

4. Cutting solution status monitoring
Onsite maintenance personnel shall check the use of the cutting fluid at any time, encounter problems, and timely notify the relevant departments to solve it to avoid adverse effects caused by system failures.

5. Use concentration and supplementary concentration monitoring

The concentration is the key to providing good lubrication and cooling effects during the processing process, and must be strictly monitored. It should be detected once a day (the folding ceremony).

According to the concentration recommendation, the concentration of use should not be lower than the lower limit of the recommended concentration range. The replenishment concentration is based on the actual concentration of the on -site use, and at the same time, the supplementary concentration and replenishment should also be recorded in the case.
 
6. PH value monitoring

Through the detection and monitoring of the pH value, the size of the pH change can be controlled; the sudden changes of the pH value often indicate the changes in other performance of the cutting fluid. At least once a week (pH test paper); the pH value should be guaranteed between 8.5-9.5, the reduction of the pH value usually indicates that the decrease in the long bacteria and the anti-rust resistance of the cutting fluid.

7. Bubble situation monitoring
Due to the ingredients and use characteristics of the cutting solution itself, and water quality, the cutting fluid during use can produce a certain foam.
 
8. Data Record
Do a good job of recording and collection of detection data, and summarize the cutting solution detection data such as concentration, pH value, rust -proof, floating oil/floating soap volume, etc. And do the archive.
