In order to prevent dry friction on the metal surface due to the lack of lubricating fat, a certain amount of lubricating fat lubricating fat filling directly affects the operating status of the bearings. The oil circuit of lubricating fat can be divided into oil roads and oil circuits and oil circuit, covering the oil -filled pores and oil discharge holes and the oil -collecting bottle pipeline. The bottle is not collected or only collects a little lubricating fat, so the research focuses on the oil circuit.

The poor oil circuit seriously affects the circulation of lubricating fat, although the oil discharge hole and the pipeline pipeline of the oil collection bottle pipeline have met theoretical design requirements. Considering the problems of aging lubricating fat accumulation and the wear of seals The pores and length of the oil bottle pipeline still need to be adjusted to meet the circulation requirements of lubricating fat.

By analyzing the theoretical analysis of the paddle bearing oil leakage, and combined with the test, the cause of the oil leakage is:

1) The lubricating fat with too much fat filling will not only affect the normal operation of the bearings, but also cause the shaft oil leakage to control the filling of the lubricating fat, not exceeding 50%of the internal space.

2) If the oil discharge circuit is not smooth, you should try to increase the pores of the oil discharge hole and the oil collection bottle pipeline or reduce the length of the oil collection bottle pipeline, and in the case of the allowable space layout, avoid the bending of the pipeline, take a straight pipe tube, take a straight pipe tube. Form connecting oil bottle.

3) The capacity of the sealing parts does not have the ability to compensate the bearing inner and outer circle offset. Under the limited load, the inner and outer circle offset exceeds 2mm. Traditional lip type sealing pieces cannot meet their sealing requirements for this. Complete accuracy to improve the bearing manufacturing process, reduce the offset of the inner and outer circles of the bearing, and improve the ability to resist offset in the inner and outer circles of the bearing; improve the structure of the sealing parts to reduce the impact of the inner and outer parts of the bearing inside and outside The sealing part has the ability to compensate 2mm and above.
