What is the preparation method and water ratio of water-soluble cutting fluid?

If the concentration of cutting fluid is too high, it will cause corrosion to the machine and form foam; if the concentration is too low, it will easily cause peculiar smell in summer and poor anti-rust effect. Therefore, the cutting fluid must be used in proportion to water.
1. The method of preparing water-soluble cutting fluid: (1) Before dilution, accurately calculate the required amount of cutting fluid, and then gradually add it to the water. In the process of adding, keep stirring at a slow speed, not rotating, but turning up and down. (2) When continuing to add, be sure to add diluent after mixing it in proportion. Do not add only water without adding cutting fluid, and the concentration should be controlled between 4% and 8%; (3) Please lock the lid at any time after use. 2. The preparation concentration and water ratio of water-soluble cutting fluid: (1) Light cutting or grinding: 3-5% (about 1:20 or 1:30 with water); (2) General machining: 5% (water ratio: 1:20); (3) Medium and heavy duty machining: 7%-10% (water ratio is about 1:10 or 1:14); The final water ratio still depends on the processing technology and processing materials. Note: It is recommended that the preparation concentration in summer should be slightly higher than the specified concentration. 3. The deployment of water-soluble cutting fluid matters needing attention: (1) Do not add anything else to the cutting stock solution; (2) The system should be thoroughly cleaned every 6 months.
